Bucky is a boy in a mask, both literally and figuratively. Orphaned at 12 and left with only his father's penchant for anger, Bucky lashes out at the world and the people in it with an easy grin and quick wit that belies his inner demons. He hides his insecurities and rage under the guise of discipline focused through rigorous training in the Army to become Captain America's partner.

This is his identity and the mask he wears, stopping at nothing to be wanted, useful, and relevant in a world of super heroes and super villains.

Bucky is a shorty at 5'7" and around 165 lbs, but what he lacks in intimidation he certainly makes up for in lethal intent. As a highly trained operative from the British SAS, he is all hard muscle and deadly skill. Bucky is also pretty heavily scarred after four years constantly on the front lines. He has bullet wounds, lacerations, chemical and fire burns, puncture wounds, abrasions, shrapnel, etc. etc. all over his body. He is a mess of scars.

He has short, curly chocolate brown hair with brown eyes and big dimples when he smiles.

PUPPY FACE: Bucky gives his best innocent face, all big eyes and pouty lips. It can reduce aggression in a target or make him/her more amenable to harmless requests, like turning a blind eye to stupid pranks or taking just one more shot. Depending on the strength of the target's willpower, they can fight the impulse or give in. Please comment to this post if your character would be resistant to this power, or wish to opt out.

SHADOW CAMOUFLAGE: Bucky can melt into shadows, both indoors and out without being seen by the human eye. He can be sensed by otherworldly abilities like a superior olfactory sense or psychic powers. Direct or indirect sunlight kind of puts a damper on his ability to dissolve into the shadows. It has to be pretty damn dark for it to work properly. Please comment to this post if your character would be able to sense him.

BAR BRAWLER: While inebriated (at least one drink ingested) if Bucky starts a fight with someone, the aggression and violence bleeds out into the surrounding patrons or people within the immediate vicinity. Once he stops or is stopped, the need for violence will peter out naturally in the affected people. It's not like a virus that spreads and spreads. It only works on those within the immediate area. Anyone who leaves will naturally regain themselves.

RELATIONSHIPS: He's all for casual flings. Nothing too binding, though.

OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS & TRIGGERS: Not many offensive subjects. He was traumatized by his encounter with the prisoners at a concentration camp, something he doesn't like to talk about or dwell on. He can have a PTSD episode during rough sex sometimes or wake up violently from nightmares.
